Shipping Policy

OM Health Ventures LLC ships every Toastlyn order for free.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum to spend.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Order processing

Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are sent on the next business day.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and may be slower during holidays or bad weather.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking does not move for a long time, or it says delivered but you can not find it, contact us. We will work with the carrier and help make it right.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you order. If you see a mistake, contact us right away. We can change it only if the order has not shipped yet.
